And which beverage is the worst offender right now? Pepsi Next. The drink claims to have 60% less sugar—and it does! But what replaces that sugar is a mixture of three artificial sweeteners: aspartame, acesulfame potassium , and sucralose.
The names are scary and unnatural-sounding enough, but a dieter will be even more worried by the facts: These sweeteners can stimulate appetite, cravings for carbs, and fat storage/weight gain. In fact, they can even double one’s obesity risk. Aspertame is considered a probable carcinogenic, acesulfame potassium can create kidney problems, and sucralose can mess with digestion. So, it’s safe to say that these artificial sweeteners are toxic to humans—proven by the chemicals they are made up of and by the reactions humans have to them. Läskiga data...
Det är därför jag förespråkar naturligt även när det gäller socker. OM man nu måste äta socker och sött. Det man inte tänker på när man äter onaturligt skit som sötningsmedel är att de försvinner inte, utan du kissar ut det rakt ut i naturen som gör att sjöar slammar igen. Hua!
Om jag vore du skulle jag hålla mig till vetenskapligt dokumenterade fakta, istället för någon tillfällig populistisk artikel... Var är källförteckningen - var kommer deras data ifrån? Allt man läser på internet är inte sant. Var kritisk!! Sötningsmedlen är INTE karcinogena, i så fall skulle de inte få säljas som tillsättningsämnen.

Fakta är... att vissa sötningsmedel som just Aspartam är ett cancerframkallande ämne förutom alla de andra biverkningar det kan ge inklusive ökad aptit och sockersug. De flesta som är mycket överviktiga i USA dricker just dessa "diet drinks" och inte vanliga läskedrycker sötade med sk socker "glukos fruktossirap" (high fructose corn syrup)
Faktaunderlag för detta har också blivit publicerade i Amerikanska läkartidskrifter. Så undvik om möjligt alla onaturliga och kemiskt tillverkade sötningsmedel utan naturliga extrakt som Stevia.
